Yoshinori Masakado (Ae! group) has been appointed as the official ambassador for Immersive Museum OSAKA 2024. With his unique perspective, having previously portrayed the young Van Gogh in a stage play—one of the painters from the Post-Impressionism movement—Yoshinori will broadly share the charm of this exhibition.

“I am truly happy to be involved as an ambassador in such a wonderful entertainment experience.
As the ~Dive in Art~ concept suggests, it’s a new way of experiencing art by diving into the masterpieces and feeling the world that the painters of the time touched, using your entire body. On a personal note, I once had the opportunity to portray the young Van Gogh in a stage play and studied his life extensively. After that, when I viewed Van Gogh’s works, I found that my perception of them had significantly broadened compared to the first time I saw them, and I gained new perspectives. This experience taught me that information can enrich the viewer’s appreciation of a piece of art.
