The release of “D.N.A” crowns a year of unparalleled achievements for Ae! group. Since the start of the year, 2024 has been a whirlwind for the group. Their fifth anniversary on February 18 started the ball rolling, with them showcasing their 2024 remake of their inaugural stage play, “We are called Ae! group” (僕らAぇ! groupって言いますねん) from 2019.

On March 16, they announced during their fan meeting, “Aa-toteki Fan Dai Kanshasai in Kyocera Dome Osaka ~ Minna Honma ni Arigatou~”, their debut under Universal Music, followed by their long-awaited debut CD single release “《A》BEGINNING“ on May 15.

Ae! group also embarked on their nationwide debut tour, Debut Tour The World’s Best AeLIVE, and their Netflix documentary series BORDERLESS started too, covering their journey to debut first, and is currently covering the behind-the-scenes from their debut tour.

Following the debut tour, the second single, “Gotta Be” came blazing in, resonating with fans worldwide as they outdid themselves.

Now, with even better things to come, the first album is right around the corner, perfectly timed for their anniversary date. With an album also comes a tour. The tour, with the same name as the album, will be going through 7 cities in Japan, making it a nationwide tour again—waves of excitement coursing through every fan already!
